Morning Threshold Check

How to Calculate Your Morning Migraine Risk

Use this interactive tool to visualize your "Migraine Threshold" and plan your day accordingly.

  1. Set Your Morning Baseline: Use the slider to represent factors you can't control today. Did you sleep poorly? Is there a storm coming? Is it a high-hormone day? Move the slider to "High Internal Pressure" if your baseline feels "full."

  2. Add Your Triggers: Click the buttons under "Daily Triggers" to see how specific events (like a skipped meal or a barometric drop) stack on top of your baseline.

  3. Check Your Risk: * Blue (Resilient): You have plenty of buffer space.

  • Amber (High Risk): Your glass is nearly full; even a small "pebble" could cause an attack.

  • Red (Threshold Crossed): Your nervous system is overwhelmed. Prioritize rest and preventative care immediately.

Customize: You can tap the names or percentages on the trigger buttons to customize them to your specific known "Rocks.”
